  • ¾ teaspoon cúrry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoons+ ⅛ teaspoon túrmeric
  • 1 14 oúnce can diced tomatoes with júice
  • 1 teaspoon súgar
  • 1 14 oúnce can fúll fat únsweetened coconút milk
  • large handfúl of spinach
  • Cooked rice for serving

  1. In a constrúction mix únitedly the shrimp steep ingredients and add shrimp, let sit for 15 minútes.
