Do you take the rind off of Brie before baking?
This is a awfully common question. the solution isn't any, you don’t have to be compelled to take away the rind. If you did, there would be nothing to carry the Brie in situ once it's heated.

The Brie rind is completely edible and adds texture and flavor to the cheese. I actually have seen some recipes wherever individuals can cut simply the highest off the Brie before baking if that square measure terribly anti-rind, however I’ve ne'er tried that therefore I can’t comment if it’s self-made.
